Kanetsune Usuba. Seki Traditional Damascus Series. 11 7/8 overall. 6 7/8" 45 layer damascus steel blades with a Swedish Sandvik 19C27 stainless cutting core. Blade has been hammered by hand with a technique called "Tsuchime" to a beautiful finish that reduces drag when cutting, preventing foods from sticking to it. Traditional D-shaped Red Sandalwood handles with a black plywood bolster.
